Binder Checklist

Review your French I binder and place a check in the Student column next to each item that is clearly apparent in your binder.  If you can’t check an item, fix it.  Each teacher check is worth 3 points and each student check is worth 1 for a total binder grade of 32 pts.

·        Returned Work, for the current unit (Papiers rendus)

·        Completed Units (Unités terminés)

_______     _______ Papers are properly organized, under the appropriate category above 

                                  (notes in the notes section; homework in the homework section, etc.), 

                                  with papers ordered by most recent papers first (current papers are on top).

                                  Each section contains only papers pertinent to that section. 

_______     _______ Notes are complete and accurate, labeled with daily topic, unit/chapter

                                  number (1.1, 2.2, etc.), and date.

_______     _______ Papers are only from the current semester, except for useful

                                  notes/handouts (i.e. verb charts, special character computer short cuts, etc.).

_______     _______ Binder contains extra paper.

_______     _______ ALL assignments are checked with a different colored pen/pencil than

                                  what they were completed with.  Incorrect problems are corrected and 

                                  correct examples are written down.
